How long does it take to process an order?

 

Instantly - we will pack up your goods on the day you order and head straight to the post office!

 

How much does it cost to ship?

UK:

Standard Shipping (2-4 Working Days):

£2.99 for orders under £30

Free for orders over £30

Express Shipping (1-2 Working Days):

£3.99 for all orders

IRELAND:

Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days):

£4.99 for orders under £30

Free for orders over £30

Express Shipping (2-4 Working Days):

£10.50 for all orders.

Europe & ROW:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Working Days):
£12 for all orders.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If a tracked paid shipment you will receive a tracking number.

My order has not arrived within the shipping time frame, what shall I do?

Please contact us at hello@yobuddybear.com - and we will track your order and get back to you ASAP.

 

My order is not how I expected, can I exchange or return?

Of course! Please contact us at hello@yobuddybear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your exchange or return. We aim to get back to all queries with 48 hours.

 

My product has broken, ripped, been chewed by the dog..? 

Do not worry! If it has been less than 3 months since you ordered with us we will happily replace your product! If it has been more than 3 months we'll happily repair your product (if possible!)  Please contact us at hello@yobuddybear.com to sort it out!
