If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us via email at hello@yobuddybear.com.
We will make every effort to help cancel or amend your order before dispatch but can't promise anything if it's already been processed by our operations team (let's hope they're having a lazy day!).
Returns & Exchange Policy
Refunds:
We will happily accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 30 days of purchase for new and unused items. Items returned after this time or in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Please send an email to hello@yobuddybear.com for refund processing where we will give you further instructions.
We will email you within 7 days of receipt to confirm your refund has been processed.
Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer and so we recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Yo Buddy Bear cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Items must be in unused and re-sellable condition with all tags intact. We're sorry to say we can't accept returns for items in any other condition (hopefully you're doggo isn't just renting our products for their weekend soiree) so please try our products on your clean pup indoors and don't remove the tags until your happy :).
